Job description:

We're looking for professionals with high attention to detail and willingness to work a high call volume position. This opportunity has the possibility of immediate stability upon completion.

We are seeking professional and experienced phone agents for a 1 month project within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector.

High-Impact Compensation

Salary: $250 DOP Per hour
Performance Bonus: Up to $3,000DOP Monthly.
Location: Los Prados, Santo Domingo
Work Model: 100% On-site.

This project will last 1 month (with possibility of extension, however, we will consider successful candidates for long-term positions (indefinite contract) within the company.

Schedule
Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

This is not customer service, this is data validation:

Make 120 daily outbound calls to pharmacies and clinics in the U.S.
Execute a specific set of questions to verify information.
Record data accurately into the CRM in real-time.
Ensure 100% accuracy and integrity of the collected information.
What do you need to land this role?

English: B2+ Level (Clear verbal fluency and excellent writing skills)
Education: High School Diploma.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in phone-based roles (Outbound calls).
CRM Management: Previous experience recording data in platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar.
Security: Ability to pass a background check.
Listening Comprehension: Understanding native U.S. accents (including regional accents or fast-paced speech).
High attention to detail
Technical Skills:

Fast Typing: Ability to type quickly and without spelling errors while listening to the contact.
Data Management: Ability to validate that an address, name, or NPI (National Provider Identifier) code is correct.
