As the Scheduler coordinator you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the daily activities of services provided to clients in accordance with state regulations and company policy. At Concepts Central Support we focus on delivering patient coordination of personal care. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Understand and adheres to established Concepts Central Support policies and procedures. -Schedule patients appointments/visits according to care plans and staff availability. -Contact care providers and clients regarding day-to-day changes. -Discerns client services required as outlined in agreements, urgent requests and care plans. -Maintains staff and client database (client admission, client hospital admission and discharge). -Maintain staff and client statistics reports. -Performs general office duties including but not limited to word processing, photocopies, files, shreds, sort/distributes, electronic email traffic. -Ensure employee compliance with all company policies. -Prior scheduling experience preferred. -Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, MS Excel, Google Business Suites -Basic medical terminology. -Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. -Ability to carry out directions. -Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the job demands. -Ability to effectively communicate in both English and Spanish (read and write).
